The truck was double booked, we had to go to a different location to pick our reserved truck up. This location does not have a person working so the dude on the iPad was zero help. The truck was dirty and the back smelled like fish. That was great for moving furniture. Terrible service when we called uhaul, the call dropped and they did not call back
