Best U-Haul service center around! Owner is extremely helpful and accommodating. I'll always be back to this location if I ever need another rental. Only suggestion: add a few pickup trucks to this location.

The gentleman at the desk who helped was very friendly and professional. Had no issues with the box truck.
Gary KOpened the storage locker for the keys and the fob was soaking wet . Obviously the inside of the key locker isn't weatherproof . In the long run replacing fobs can get expensive .
WILLIAM SI had some trouble with the website when trying to upload photos of my rental to begin the rental process (the part where you confirm the vehicle is clean and has a full fuel tank). It kept freezing and eventually wouldn't load at all. So I could not report that my vehicle was clean, thankfully, but only had a quarter tank of gas. Fortunately I only had a local trip to complete.
Helen JWhy was i charged $1.49 a mile when i was told $1.19 also i waived the insurance and they still charged me for it. This is price gouging. I rent weekly and will not rent again if this is how you do business.
