What's the point of having a pickup location if the humans onsite are unaware of the standard processes for picking up a truck? I am new to your app pickup process and they acted like I was crazy for asking questions about picking up my rental. The cell signal was weak which made for a difficult process to log on and upload photos. Poor signal turned what should have been a 5-10 minute pick up into nearly an hour of which I didn't have to spare in the middle of my work day.

I have physical issues that make filling out info on my phone difficult so I decided to do an in house pickup and drop off . I don' understand why that process still involved multiple entries on my phone and phone calls to uhaul customer service to get my truck.

Ryan HThe cab was disgusting and smelled like urine. The back of the truck was also dirty from the snow I imagine. The dolly we requested was not there (second time that’s happened when renting at this location) but we were still charged.
