Still haven’t received and U-Haul has done nothing to help

Randy L.

We placed this order on Sept 18th. We still do not have the boxes. So much for your 3-5 business day delivery promise. The movers are coming and we have no boxes

We packed four lamps in each of these using the roll of packing paper we purchased.

Room for my lamp and a expensive decorative pillow. I didn't know how I was going to pack the pillow but it fit perfectly with the lamp and added extra protection at the same time.

We had large lanterns to pack and these were perfect.

How y’all is this box ?? I have these hand made Indian walking sticks that are 5 FT tall , I want them safe during the move so looking for a box tall enough, if anyone has a suggestion on a box let me know , why I thought of lamp box. Thank you !

–Susan 9/12/2020 10:07:21 AM

Hi, Susan! This box is only about 3-1/3 feet tall. We do not offer a box that is 5' tall. My recommendation would be wrapping the sticks in protective materials like Enviro-Bubble. You can add extra protection and secure the Enviro-Bubble with some Mover's Stretch Wrap. I hope that helps!

Can you let me know if you sell boxes 53" long x 12" wide x 4" deep?

–Christine Nicpon 5/4/2020 3:46:04 PM

Hi, Christine! Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer any boxes that size. We apologize for the inconvenience!

Can these do expensive table lamps? I have Tiffany lamps

–Jackie Haas 9/18/2019 5:36:47 PM

Hi, Jackie! Our Lamp Box is better suited for floor lamps due to its tall height. For a Tiffany lamp, we recommend measuring the dimensions of the lamp to see if it will fit in our Medium Electronics Box or our Dish Barrel Box. These are both double-walled, heavy-duty boxes which would be ideal for something fragile and valuable like a Tiffany lamp. We also highly recommend making sure you properly wrap and protect the lamp in the box with materials such as Enviro-Bubble and Packing Peanuts. I hope that is helpful!

What about lamp shade boxes or do they fit in with the lamp itself.

–Margaux Ferrari-Saul. 7/15/2019 2:46:21 PM

Hi, Margaux! The right box for a lampshade depends on the circumference/dimensions of the lampshade. We recommend measuring the dimensions of the lampshade to determine what size box will be needed. Thank you!

Can you fit two lamps in a bath x that are the same size or smaller

–Bonnie S. 5/12/2018 9:08:19 AM

Hi, Bonnie! This depends on the sizes of the lamps. We recommend measuring the lamps together to see if they will fit in one box side by side. Also, we recommend wrapping the lamps in Enviro-bubble and filling extra space in the box with Packing Peanuts to ensure the lamps do not knock against each other in transit. If the lamps are especially fragile, we recommend putting the lamps in separate boxes. Thank you!

Do you have a box for golf clubs 24x24x48

–R McDonald 1/3/2018 9:13:23 AM

Hello! We have a Sport Utility Box designed to hold golf clubs that measures 15" x 15" x 48". The closest box we have to the dimensions you mentioned would be our Grand Wardrobe Box that measures at 24" x 21" x 48" I hope that is helpful!

–Savannah 1/3/2018 10:18:40 AM

what are the inside dimensions?

–Rick 11/25/2017 5:02:24 PM

Hey, Rick! The listed are the inside dimensions, so the inside dimensions are 12 inches x 12 inches x 40 inches. Thanks for asking!

–Savannah 11/27/2017 11:11:58 AM

Is 12 x 12 the biggest lamp box you have

–David 10/8/2017 2:57:12 PM

Hi, David! Although this is the only Lamp Box we sell, we sell boxes that are larger than this but similar in shape. We have our Sport Utility Box (15” x 15” x 48”) as well as our Wardrobe Box (18” x 21” x 46”) and Grand Wardrobe Box (24" x 21" x 48") if you are looking for boxes similar in shape to the Lamp Box, only bigger. I hope that is helpful!

–Savannah 10/9/2017 10:19:43 AM

Are the 12” x 12” dimensions internal or external?

–wolf 7/27/2016 11:49:07 AM

12" x 12" is the internal dimensions. I hope that's helpful!

–SAVANNAH 8/15/2016 1:25:07 PM

Do you have lamp box that can handle taller lamps, like 60" tall.

–Jetta 5/22/2015 9:33:07 PM

It is difficult to recommend a box without knowing the width of your lamp, but the Grand Wardrobe Box is one of our tallest boxes that would accommodate for a lamp.

–Joseph 6/29/2015 9:13:37 AM

Can 2 of these boxes be telescoped together to accommodate a floor lamp?

–Sally 4/22/2015 11:36:27 AM

The Lamp Box is not designed to telescope.

Depending on the size of your lamp, perhaps a Space Saver Wardrobe Box would work better.

–Joseph 4/23/2015 10:54:33 AM

are these padded on the inside

–cindy 12/28/2014 5:16:42 PM

These boxes are not padded on the inside. Thanks.

–Ronald 12/29/2014 8:32:01 AM

–Carol 3/10/2014 1:49:06 PM

"65 lbs."
