How do I build the box?
First, fold the flaps on the bottom of the box in and tape it down. Flip the box over and place the bar ends in the notches in the box sides. To make it easier to load the box with clothes, the front panel can be pulled down along the perforation then folded back up when fully packed. Finally, fold the flaps on the top of the box down and tape. If a visual is more helpful, there is a video on the Grand Wardrobe Box page that demonstrates how the box is used. I have a "tote". Its dimensions are 36 5/8 in L X 21in W X 19 1/2 H. Will this box be able to accommodate my tote so that it can be put on a Greyhound bus? Are the handles on the side or on the ends as well. Here are the specs per Greyhound. 30" H x 47" W x 82" L
If the tote can be placed on the 21" or 19.5" end into the box, then yes it will fit (box dimensions are 24"W x 21"L x 48"H). Handles are only on the sides of the box, none on the top or bottom.

Hello, Karen! Our Grand wardrobe boxes are rated to hold up to 100 pounds. They will, however, not fit an item that is 60" x 34". Depending on the thickness of the cushions, you may be able to use our Four Piece Mirror & Picture Box (it holds items up to 3-1/2" thick). I hope that is helpful!

If you are looking for an easier-to-carry option, please consider our Large Wardrobe Box, which is almost identical to the Grand in assembled dimensions but this box comes banded to make it easier to carry (banded/flat dimensions are: 51-1/4" x 25" x 3-1/2", weight of 7.8 pounds). How do I build the box?
First, fold the flaps on the bottom of the box in and tape it down. Flip the box over and place the bar ends in the notches in the box sides. To make it easier to load the box with clothes, the front panel can be pulled down along the perforation then folded back up when fully packed. Finally, fold the flaps on the top of the box down and tape. If a visual is more helpful, there is a video on the Grand Wardrobe Box page that demonstrates how the box is used. Will these Grand Wardrobe boxes stand upright in the small enclosed trailer you rent that is 4 feet inside?
The height of the Grand Wardrobe box is 4' and the interior dimensions of the trailer are 8'1" x 4'1" x 4' (LxWxH) so it might be a tight fit and may be difficult to get inside the trailer, as the door opening dimensions are 3'1" x 3'5" (WxH).
We recommend taking a look at our Shorty Wardrobe Box which is shorter (34") but can still hold 24" of closet space.
Can 100 hangers fit in this larg wardrobe
The bar holds up to 24" of space and 150 lbs. The quantity of hangers it will accommodate will depend on the width of the hangers used.
I have a "tote". Its dimensions are 36 5/8 in L X 21in W X 19 1/2 H. Will this box be able to accommodate my tote so that it can be put on a Greyhound bus? Are the handles on the side or on the ends as well. Here are the specs per Greyhound. 30" H x 47" W x 82" L
If the tote can be placed on the 21" or 19.5" end into the box, then yes it will fit (box dimensions are 24"W x 21"L x 48"H). Handles are only on the sides of the box, none on the top or bottom.
