Received a week after it was needed ended up buying one at Canadian tire to that trip .

I did not purchase these items however it was sent to me. Once I received an email stating my supplies had shipped I emailed back immediately stating I did not order anything and please cancel the shipment. Once the items arrived I call UPS and spoke to 3 different people all 1st one was nice and transferred me to his boss very rude. Stated I was stuck with items. My fault. How is it my fault if I did not order? If I did not give authorization to use my credit card and you did anyway? Will never say a good thing about UHAUL again! So here after using the trailer, I am shipped a hitch, and adapter and all moving supplies. After I had already returned the trailer.... BAD BUSINESS!!!

i have a 2020 honda ridgeline truck. The electrical outlet by the trailer hitch has 6 prongs around the inside edge of it, and it looks like 2 more prongs next to eachother in the center of it. Is that considered a 7 prong outlet? i need to buy a 4 prong adaptor to tow a uHaul trailer, and want to be sure i'm getting the correct adaptor. thanks,

Will this also connect for the electric brakes on the 6' x 12' trailer?
The 47335 will operate the trailer lights only. U-Haul 6' X 12' trailers are equipped with an automatic surge brake system.
If most full size vehicles come with a 7-way round connector, why doesn't U-haul make it's standard trailer connector work for most vehicles?
The 4-flat trailer wire harness is the most commonly used trailer plug and is industry standard for trailers that are not equipped with electric trailer brakes or other accessories (battery, light switches, reverse lights etc).
U-Haul offers the 47335 as a modest solution for vehicles already equipped with the 7-way connector only and needing to tow a trailer equipped with the 4-flat plug.

Does this work for BMW? I am being told by a haul dealer that only a special 30$ 7 way works for BMW due to a little middle pin on the jazzy one that this adaptor doesn't have.
Our hitch pro writes: "When connecting an LED equipped trailer to an X5 factory installed 7-way trailer harness, you may experience a lamp out sensors, pulsing or flashing trailer lights and incorrect indicator flash speed. The U-Haul 39008 LED Light Trailer Module provides the necessary resistance for the BMW X5 to produce the intended functions when towing a trailer with LED lights."
