I did not move in, unit did not meet expectations, facility was not locked and we did not need a key card to enter the building. I have called and left messages both on 5/2 and 5/3 and do not wish to pay for this unit, I would like my contract cancelled please. Thank you.

Sadie H | Online Move InI had lost my key to my storage unit with a U-Haul provided lock. When I reached out to U-Haul about how to access the unit I was told they would cut the lock for me. I was then passed around to 10 different people each unreachable to cut the lock. After 2 days of a wild goose chase I was finally directed to an office where someone would help me. I then arrived at the office and waited for 30 minutes and then was finally informed that U-Haul does not cut locks and legally cannot after being told by many individuals that they would.

I'm going through a hard time with money and i couldn't afford it since the prices are going up. I wish it was less expensive.
