This is a excellent place and all the employees wonderful a great location no matter where you go out of town you see a U-Haul store and all the people that work there that kept in touch with the excellent great staff you have keep up the good work God bless

I do understand the policy but reaching out to me would have been very appreciated as it did cause a huge inconvenience in my day and moving process. However, the employee that was working on the university Ave location on Monday April 27 was very friendly and was able to help us with our issue. Overall satisfied with my storage service

KOKOU M | Overall ExperienceReally hard to get a hold of a service person after 5pm. In winter a padlock got frozen and we could not access the unit. Lots of transfers on the phone. The staff at the University Avenue location were very helpful. No staff at the Mitchell Address.

carl s | Overall ExperienceExtremely disappointing service with long hold times on phone and repeated dropped calls after extremely long holding. Conflicting information given every time we had to return dropped calls and deal with a new rep. United Shipping failed to show up for scheduled move, failed to return calls, failed to return text messages. Late into evening of scheduled move, United Shipping sent text stating he didn't show up for scheduled move because he couldn't get up tbe morning of the move. Never informed that movers did not include a truck until AFTER the scheduled move. Please return the $6 you are withholding on our credit card. SHAMEFUL. We have been loyal customers for DECADES.
