Moving in to this storage facility was a horrible experience. I needed a mid to large size storage unit. I was told there was one available. While the gentleman was setting me up his manager Heather interrupted and was very insistent that I rent UPods outside in a warehouse instead. She was very unprofessional even after I told her that the UPods were not what I needed or wanted . I did not rent anything that day but returned another day to rent the inside climate controlled unit Again the manager Heather interrupted the setup and told me I had to take two separate small units instead of one mid sized - this was after I was told there was a mid sized one available. As soon as a larger unit was available at the Ogden facility closed out my units at Sunset and moved them to the Ogden facility. The manager at Sunset does not listen to the customer needs and wants. She is unprofessional

Only concern I have is when we called to make reservation for storage unit the associat didn't listen to us . We wanted storage for a 3 bedroom with room for dining room and living room. Associat gave us an 8x10 really small.

Staff was mostly friendly but some need to act like they what to be there even knowing they don't as it sucks to walk into a place and see people with an "I don't care" attitude.

Good for introverts who care about their belongings and staff treats you as one of their own every interaction I’ve had. The hours are good even for a grave worker/day/ and swings. Can be a little irritating some times with hours but nothing unmanageable. Overall I have had an excellent experience with uhual. Love the security snd reliability

Zelina L | First ImpressionsI was charged an extra $175 dollars that I had to borrow and not sure if I can pay them back which will cause even more problems for me. Managment said I left garbage in the donation section. As soon as I put donations their people started taking thing they were the ones who left garbage NOT ME I am a person of integrity. I tried to reason with management but they were not having it. I even ask if I could pay half the answer was no, I even asked them to review the video and the answer was no. I am homeless and don't have a lot of money right now. all and all I was not shown any kindness or understanding, I will be telling all my family and friends not to use UHAUL! and I will be leaving reviews everywhere I can! If you want to write me a check for the $175 maybe I'll change my mind.

I was locked out of my unit just five minutes before I was done with unloading my truck last night, but I returned in the morning to get the last few items stored. I spoke with the manager that morning and discovered the reasons and so now I know to arrive a few hrs earlier on my next loads. I have used the facility many times in past for truck rentals and storage. Storage location and prices are ideal for me. Overall a good experience, just the misunderstanding of my privileges this time! Luckily did not hinder success of my move!
