Only complaint is large slidind entry doors closed at 7pm, making difficult to find time to move large furniture

Kaden G | Overall ExperienceYOU AUCTIONED OUR UNIT DESPITE US COMMUNICATING WITH YOU OUR WILLINGNESS TO NEGOTIATE A SETTLEMENT. We have tried and tried again and again and again to take care of this situation, we've left messages and spoken to people who have told us they'd pass our information to management and we'd get a call back that never came. We got notification that our unit was auctioned off HOURS after we spoke with someone in your office who CONFIRMED our settlement amount and told us their manager would call us back about how to arrange payment. Despite us continually trying to resolve our account, your staff's inability to communicate has resulted in the loss of our personal property. This is absolutely unacceptable and we expect a resolution ASAP. Your repeated emails about settling our balance encouraged us to contact you, but your disorganized and unprofessional staff completely failed to communicate with one another that we were, indeed, contacting you. This entire situation is the fault of your incompetent staff, and we expect someone to actually return our calls or emails and offer a resolution to a problem that YOU created. Unacceptable. I will never recommend your facility to anyone.

DORMA A | Overall ExperienceUpgraded me to a larger U-Haul since they ran out of the one I originally rented with no additional charge which was great ! I also needed to rent storage last min and they helped with that as well :)
Diane L | First ImpressionsI reserved this space quite a bit in advance of my scheduled move-in date, but never did anyone mention that I could sign the lease via my app. When I called in advance of our scheduled arrival time of 4PM, I was told I would have to present myself in person in order to meet. However, someone else was driving the truck I was still in Nampa Idaho. When I called the National 800 number, they transferred me to the care center, which was not what they should done. Finally the manager of the Clearfield site got on the phone and directed me to be able to sign the lease within my app. What a nail-biting experience and way too much effort on my part. Customer service or Clearfield should have told me to sign the lease in advance, not at 3:30 PM on the day of move-in!
