keith g | First ImpressionsI was disappointed at the Florissant, MO location. After discovering the ramp was dirty and full of grass and dirt. Also, the truck had 1/8 of gas in the tank. When questioned the store staff concerns was no big deal to them. They did asked if I wanted to return for a different truck. That’s wasn’t in my day and time. That was not the level of service received at the Ofallon, MO location.Every Uhaul location should have a cross the board level of services.
