THE NOVEMBER MOVE OUT DATE IS INACCURATE BTW I DIDNT MOVE IN Until DECEMBER NON customers observed sleeping on the floor Discriminative actions were experienced throughout, was assigned unit with cameras watching my gate as well as the aisle. Staff harassed me each visit, sending security and they even removed my ladder one time and left me there with no way to get down.THEY EVEN ATTEMPTED TO GET ME TO SIGN SOME RESTRICTED USE CONTRACT, WHICH THEY ULTIMATELY APOLOGIZED FOR. I WAS LOCKED OUT OF THE UNIT AFTER STAFF FAILED TO TRANSFER ME TO ANOTHER UNIT SUCCESSFULLY - THEY CLAIMED I OWED THEM A DOLLAR AND CHANGE - WHEN I DIDNT REMIT PAYMENT ( BECAUSE I DIDN'T OWE ANYTHING) MY ACCESS CARD WAS BLOCKED FROM ENTRY. MANAGER/ OWNER OPERATOR STOOD AROUND SIPPING COFFEE/ TEA WHILE STAFF, CLUELESS AS TO HOW TO FIX THEIR ERROR CONTINUED TO CLAMOR FOR A SOLUTION. I ACTUALLY HAD TO SUGGEST HE PUT THE CUP DOWN AND JOIN ME IN THE OFFICE. HE SEEMED TO WITHOUT HIS KNOW HOW BECAUSE HE DIDNT THINK I WAS " BEING NICE". HE ATTEMPTED TO EXPLAIN IT ALL AWAY BY SAYING THEY WERE SHORT STAFFED, BUT AGAIN WOULDN'T PITCH IN TO HELP.... WORST. UHAUL. EXPERIENCE. EVER. (THE TEMPERATURE CONTROL DIDNT EVEN WORK PROPERLY - YOUD SWEAT PROFUSELEY UPON ENTRY ON THE FLOOR LEVEL.) THEY ARE PRETTY GOOD TAKING IN NEW BUSINESS THOUGH! WORST.UHAUL.

WESLEY N | Overall ExperienceI was recommended by Xylor after I told them how much I was paying for my unit at Extra Space. I was only renting a truck at the time to move some things, but ended up moving out of ES into U-Haul for a better price and same unit size. I don’t need anything fancy but I was impressed at the cleanliness and newness of the facility given it’s not always the greatest area around it. The GM was also very helpful on my move in day today and with the rental truck to move everything in. Oh and you have so many dollys and carts! I felt like I was at the ritz Carlton to have plenty carts compared to ES. I was surprised if I ever saw 1 available. The small things matter to me and you guys did a nice job.

He prided himself with excellent customer service as he showed us to where our storage would be, as well as showed us how the call intercom box operated. Informed us that we didn't need to go downstairs for help but rather utilize the call box and someone would be up. He went over and beyond his call of duty, and workers like himself and the rest of the staff should be acknowledged and rewarded.
