I was recommended by Xylor after I told them how much I was paying for my unit at Extra Space. I was only renting a truck at the time to move some things, but ended up moving out of ES into U-Haul for a better price and same unit size. I don’t need anything fancy but I was impressed at the cleanliness and newness of the facility given it’s not always the greatest area around it. The GM was also very helpful on my move in day today and with the rental truck to move everything in. Oh and you have so many dollys and carts! I felt like I was at the ritz Carlton to have plenty carts compared to ES. I was surprised if I ever saw 1 available. The small things matter to me and you guys did a nice job.

Informed us that we didn't need to go downstairs for help but rather utilize the call box and someone would be up. Then when trying to correct gave me one with a huge pole in the middle then tried to tell me all of them have that. I told the girl no they don’t. Give me a different one. The clerk spoke so softly and mumbled beyond comprehension. Did not explain there was a lock inside the storage. Wrong numbers provided for wrong units. Ordered a 10x10. Got a 5x something. Entrance is filfthy outside the elevator areas. Windows dusty. Walls of concrete falling apart. For the most expensive storage units in Honolulu I would expect more.

And gave us idea's to helpfully consider our needs. 2nd day returning U haul truck... the two employees a 1 year trainer and a new employee helped us. The trainer was very sharp, friendly and talked the trainee through the paper work, as he explained to all of us what was being done. Both U haul employees were "Super, super friendly!" The entire U haul staff and the facility clean and tidy (5 out of 5 Stars experience).
