I don't ever write reviews but the staff here definitely made me feel reassured about leaving my belongings and even renting the cargo vans. The staff member that was especially helpful and reassuring was Fern! She helped me out even when she didn't need to, and made me feel reassured throughout all the services I needed from UHaul Kakaako. I never felt so safe renting a big van let alone renting a storage space for my belongings. She was very fair about the van rental and disclosed everything so there were no surprises or scares.
