Jonathan R | Overall ExperienceI’m just really irritated because apparently the staff isn’t all on the same page. When I went I. To let them know that I would be moving my stuff out & let them know the date, I was told once I was finished moving out, I let them know & they would refund me the remainder of what I had already paid for the month. I did exactly what the guy told me. A few days later I finished moving everything out & then went to the office & let them know & they said they would send the final receipt to my email & when I asked about the refund of what I paid I was told “We don’t prorate. We didn’t prorate when you moved into the unit & we don’t prorate when you move out of it.” I let them know that’s not what I was told when I was there the other day. The guy & girl just looked at me. No response, nothing. Just stared at me like I was an idiot. They were just rude. I won’t be referring anyone to that location & if I ever need storage again…. It won’t be there.

ALPHONSO C | Overall ExperienceKen the General Manager is 5 star as a person & 5 star in all business aspects for Uhaul He will assist you anyway possible with you're moving and storage need. But the downfall, It is cool that Uhaul let's people run business outta storage lockers, but my thoughts it wouldn't be a retail business bringing random people on a gated secured area to sell motorcycles, which can lead to these random people hoping the fence later in the night to break into storage lockers (which it has happened to the people selling the motorcycles) Uhail
