Brett C | First ImpressionsThis was our first experience with a storage facility of any kind. We didn’t really know what to expect. But the staff at the U-Haul in Lower Burrell was very helpful. They made everything so easy for us. In fact, we cleared out our unit on Saturday and they texted me at 7:30 in the morning Monday to make sure that we were finished with the unit. I had planned on calling them and taking the card key over to them later that morning. I love that they beat me to it and saved me a trip and a phone call. The facility was clean and safe. I couldn’t be happier with this experience.

WALLACE A | Overall ExperiencePrices felt like they increased every month , had started at $79 and then by the end when I was ready to leave my unit , it was at $100 and there was times they wouldn’t tell me about the increase to the price of the unit , and it is near impossible to get ahold of the manager/ general manager.
