DEREK B | Overall ExperienceMY COMPLAINTS: * price kept going up the last four years (as of now, I could not afford to rent the unit, which means everything in there would have had to be put in the basement). * computer glitch which either prevented credit card payment from going through or letting me know it had gone through. * we weren't notified of the facility security code upgrade, thus, when my husband went to get an item from the unit, his code didn't work and he had to go to the rental office (luckily, seven minutes from our house) to get the new code. All minor complaints; I would still consider using U-Haul if I need to store something, but that also depended very much on cost.

Lorann C | First ImpressionsI rented a storage unit each May through August for the past 4 years to hold my son's things from college while he was home for the summer. Each time except one, I got to the office to acquire the unit and the unit I had reserved was not available. After a lot of back and forth, it worked out each time, but it was always a hassle. To quote Jerry Seinfeld, "You know how to take the reservation, you just don't know how to hold the reservation. And that's really the most important part of the reservation, the holding. Anybody can just take them."

Fletcher D | First ImpressionsI pulled in with a load of my belongings to put in my unit but when I pulled in there was a car parked there with clothes and decor on the ground around it, a young lady barefoot screaming at a man half naked up on the second floor. He had their unit door open with curtains hanging all their entire hallways between multiple units was full of belongings and crap. He was laying in the hallway screaming and sleeping and smoking. It appeared they could have been on drugs. I felt unsafe so I never got out of my car. I don’t want to have them come after me and rob my things or rob me of money etc. so I just pulled right out of the facility and immediately cancelled my unit. I never even got out to open it. It was a very uncomfortable situation.
Bailey C | Overall ExperienceI ended up not moving in at all. The facility was not safe in any sense of the word. There were multiple areas of clutter and personal things scattered on every floor. Pulling in the property there were multiple vehicles in the lot just before closing time that looked very suspicious. After walking the internal parking area I realized there were more people living here than actually storing things. A large group of people walked in with book bags and rolling luggage from the vehicles parked outside just before closing hours. Clearly they were all staying the night/living in the building. There were also vehicles inside that were either abandoned or not there for the buildings purpose. This facility should not be allowed to have a reputable name such as uhaul on it. I went to another local storage place and they have heard multiple stories about this particular storage facility very similar to my experience.

TARA R | First ImpressionsI would prefer 24 hour access. Which what I thought was available. Not sure how the facility is open 24 hours but access hours are 5am to 10pm. Even those hours are not upheld as the facility closes when the university office closes.

Tyrone M | First ImpressionsNot having more than 2 elevators and no freight elevators in a 2 story facility is not convienet. There are carts available but typically one family which I assume is whoever gets there first has all of them. A water station and a vending would be convienet as well.
