MARQUES P | Overall ExperienceI was in the middle of unloading my truck and the storage facility closed 3 hours before it’s posted time. I was basically stuck because my code was locked out. The posted hours state access until 10pm, at 7pm, my access code was denied and put me in a very bad position with no contact information for after hours emergencies. None of the employees shared the time change information with me at time of rental.
