upset. I went to the uhaul on birdseye view in boiling springs to pick up my truck and get my storage unit. After 20 minutes of calling i finally get told i have to go to a different uhaul in the towm over. FINE. I go. I spent an hour there trying to get assistance with my reservation and finally he figures it out. And gives me the passcode "sack "for the key box. I get there NOPE. The code he gave me was to tge keys drop off box which had two keys in it NEITHER WERE MINE. So 45 minutes later im finally given the correct code... 3 hours over this and I AM BEYOND MAD. You guys are pricey for your storage units but i decided to cancel my unit at a different company just to be closer to my home and have 24/7 access and just bundle everything together and this has been a nightmare. Im so emotionally exhausted and mentally overwhelmed that this has taken time away from moving. I now have to add another 24 hours just because i kmow this will put me behind because my movers cant move now til tomorrow because of how long this took. Then today Tuesday 8/26 I go to get into my storage unit and the code wouldn’t work so I had to call customer service where they said the code box to get inside isn’t working so now I have to pay for another day just to be able to move. I AM NOT IMPRESSED
