With the Management that is there now it's terrible had a storage unit for over 5 yrs seen 5 different managers come and go..got into financial trouble 2 payments behind and new manager would not work with me and clean out my storage without no notice..never will recommend anyone get another unit at facility.

I was scheduled to move out of my unit on May 1st, but unfortunately I was unable to complete my move due to issues with the U-Haul storage facility. I was not informed ahead of time that their elevators were broken, and since I live on the second floor, this made it impossible for my move to be completed as planned. The facility did not provide any accommodations or alternative solutions, which caused significant delays over the weekend. During this time, my daughter also had surgery, and because I could not move into storage as expected, I had to pay for a hotel stay as well. Additionally, I was informed the elevators would be repaired by Monday, but they were not actually fixed until Friday. Because of this delay, I had to wait until the following Friday for my movers to become available again and complete the move. I also want to express that my experience communicating with the new general manager, Chase, has been frustrating and unprofessional at times. I previously had much better experiences working with Tammy and appreciated her understanding and customer service.
