Poor customer service. Reserved a 26 ft. truck and had to settle for a 15 ft. Kept getting shuffled between locations. No trucks in area.

Tail lights on truck were not working. Tailer lights were fine so we kept truck since it was fully loaded before we noticed lights.
KENNETH RThe app didn’t make it obvious that the location was at Pete’s until I had to dig so much deeper into the drop off and click through a lot of instructions. The personnel there were so amazing, it was simply the uhaul app itself that is very hard to navigate
