Overall it was a very smooth process, and I was able to pick up the vehicle under 10 minutes with no hassle. The vehicle was new, clean, and in great condition! And the supplies were already in the back which was very helpful. Only issue I had was that the truck had no gas left. On the contract, it said it was 1/4 full, and that I would need to make sure it was still 1/4 full when I dropped it off, but when I got in, it was almost completely empty and needed gas right away. Filling up the gas tank was easy! But it would have been nice if the contract reflected the state of the vehicle. Besides that, it was a good experience! Dropping off was easy as well.
