Better instructions should be provided when the support is through a virtual assistant. Trucks should have a full tank of full and in good working order. My truck ran fine, but starting was difficult and made for concern each time the truck turned off it may not restart.

The employee who helped me check out and complete the contract etc was wonderful Made it a great experience Need more employees like her
Mark RI lost 40 min.. I did the reservation online and when I was in the store they. Charge me doble amount
Carlos VI don't know how much U-Haul saves by not having a human on site to check you in, but having rented a truck from the S. Trail, Sarasota, location a few days before and having a knowledgeable person check me in in about five minutes to an horrendous half hour virtual experience at this SR 70 location, I say give me a human any day. Finally checked in, we were told to get the key for the truck from box 5 which we couldn't find without assistance because there was no 5. It seems box 5 was a 2 turned sideways. I guess we should have known that. Incidentally, when a truck is returned low on gas, there is a charge. Why didn't I get a rebate for turning it in with excess gas?
RALPH VThe truck was filthy, it took over 30 minutes to check out the rental and there was no where to return it when I returned. Thankfuly an employee happened to be there (it is yet another no-human place) who brought the truck beyond the gate, to which there was no code/ way to get through.
