I booked the van for 7:00 am, the attendant that I spoke to never told me that I had to click on a link and then go through a long process of filling out forms to get the keys from a box. On the return the same long process to return it. I travelled 47 miles according to your invoice, I put $10 worth of gas in the van and was charged $7:50 for gas. I called and spoke to someone who told us the van had 5/8ths of a tank, we saw just over half a tank, it was just over half a tank when we returned it. I feel like I was nickel and dimed. You advertise at $19:95 per day and my bill came to just over $121. Will not use U-Haul again or recommend you to anyone.

When I received my uhaul, I noted that it was NOT clean when i picked it up. So I marked the truck as not clean when I picked it up. I took pictures, and have them. Time stamped and geo tagged too. Well, I was charged a $25 cleaning fee. I would not recommend gong here, and I will not be going back to this location.
SAMUEL MBetter instructions should be provided when the support is through a virtual assistant. Trucks should have a full tank of full and in good working order. My truck ran fine, but starting was difficult and made for concern each time the truck turned off it may not restart.
