In person service ! Screen service very frustrating

michael BI booked the van for 7:00 am, the attendant that I spoke to never told me that I had to click on a link and then go through a long process of filling out forms to get the keys from a box. On the return the same long process to return it. I travelled 47 miles according to your invoice, I put $10 worth of gas in the van and was charged $7:50 for gas. I called and spoke to someone who told us the van had 5/8ths of a tank, we saw just over half a tank, it was just over half a tank when we returned it. I feel like I was nickel and dimed. You advertise at $19:95 per day and my bill came to just over $121. Will not use U-Haul again or recommend you to anyone.
HARRIET MWhen I received my uhaul, I noted that it was NOT clean when i picked it up. So I marked the truck as not clean when I picked it up. I took pictures, and have them. Time stamped and geo tagged too. Well, I was charged a $25 cleaning fee. I would not recommend gong here, and I will not be going back to this location.
