Very nice staff, and stayed in constant contact with me regarding my truck & car hauler and helped load my car and secured it safely The only hiccup, was that I needed road side service in Virginia due to the hauler experiencing a flat tire, it put behind schedule by 2 hours making for a much longer day than anticipated
Michael SMaintain adequate service and testing of equipment. The brakes would shake the entire vehicle when slowing down at speed. I had to manually downshift when on level straight roads to stop safely.
