ARTHUR MPaul and Ray have unbelievable customer service skills. They were very helpful, informative and patient with all my questions. Paul came up with creative solutions for our needs. Ray had the equipment ready for us when we arrived and was efficient with the checkout. All of my last minute questions were answered patiently. While good customer support and service exists it is hard to find in abundance but I certainly found it here. Good job Paul and Ray! I would highly recommend Columbia Valley Assets in Golden for anyone that might need rental trucks or trailers in the Columbia Valley or Trans-Canada corridor between Calgary and the Shuswap.
NEAL AEasy to locate the facility to drop off the Uhaul. Clear signage indicated it was a Uhaul facility (though did not say Columbia Valley Assets), and contact info was clearly posted on the office door. I started an online drop off, and the facility agent arrived as I was completing it. We advised of our issues picking up and the sticky residue in the back of the truck (that we took photos and reported on pick up and drop off). The agent accepted the drop off, and was professional and polite to deal with.
