Clean out trucks with disinfectant. Truck had a strong odor and wasn't clean. The last persons trash was still in the truck.

ANDREW CReserved truck on line. When I arrived at the the location, I handed the employee behind the counter a copy of the reservation. He had not been trained on the U-Haul aspects of the business as he did not have any idea what this was about. After another employee came in, the rental process went smoothly. Truck was ready, clean, and did everything it was rented for.
