No key drop box. No uhaul signage. Just a couple uhaul trailers behind an abandoned fast food restaurant next to a gas station. The gas station clerk took the key but didnt seem to be the actual uhaul person? Very sketchy and not at all easy or comforting.

They obviously had no idea what they were doing. We arrived to drop off the trailer and the attendant had no idea how to take off the trailer. He told us to go to another location to do so, and they kept sending us to other locations. Basically wasting gas and about two hours of our time. They should not have any uhaul business if they have no idea what they are doing. Extremely frustrating.
CONNOR SI never saw an actual person. I did the self return online. Never got a confirmation about the return. I called to make sure the return was confirmed.
