Changed from my preferred location. Lady spike only broken English, used hand written notes from someone to check me in, didn't provide any comprehensible instructions on use of link and Changed return location. Only a 1/2 tank og gas picking up from a gas stayion??

joseph SThis location is a gas station, and the attendant is not aware of the mobile app service. The location is difficult to get in and out of on a busy multi-lane road at the intersection of the freeway onramps and one-ways.
RACHEL SThe gentleman looks surprised as to why we would want to drop off a U-Haul there. He had to call someone, I believe it was his wife, I didn't speak their language so I don't know what they were saying but he clearly wasn't knowledgeable about what to do. I asked for receipt that I dropped off the vehicle and he said you don't get one it's done through email. I have pictures of the vehicle to show that there was no damage etc. I also explained to him that all of my things got wet in the 26 ft u-haul. We drove through some rain in South Carolina and all of my furniture, rugs etc were soaking wet when we unpacked the U-Haul.
