It is shocking that U-Haul accepts this company as a franchise. Zero understanding or appreciation of customer service. Go elsewhere.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkKent was a massive help to both myself and my husband as we were juggling major issues in a short amount of time. The young lady onsight assisting was kind and patient working through a few personal obstacles we had. Highly recommend for reasonable price, kind, helpful and never once tried to upsell us anything. Worked out our through online and face to face with ease. Big SHOUT OUT TO KENT
