Did not have the blankets we reserved. I had to drive for an additional hour to go and find blankets and pay for my movers to stand and do nothing waiting on me to arrive. My husband and I had already moved the small stuff the previous week. What really ticks me off is that the day before our reservation I called to confirm that everything was ready to go because this was not the first time we have had problems with Uhaul dealers

DAVID MQuicker checkout. The time it took to do the things I already completed on line had no effect on the check out process. It should be 15 Minutes or less to view the vehicle and complete any paperwork.
