Broken weld on frame. Locking bracket broken and missing. Operator was 1/2 hour late opening business. Didn't inspect the tralier.

Steve BI rented a cargo trailer. I would suggest/recommend to U-Haul management, to put a crank device on the trailer tongue. The trailer tongue is so heavy to lift up on a vehicle hitch, that it is almost impossible to pick up. Why a customer would have to attempt to pick up something so heavy to rent your trailer is ridiculous. A simple fix U-Haul. Value your customers health.
