I had an appointment at 9 AM and no one showed up until 940. I also was needing an appliance dolly and was told the day of that there was not one available. Someone could’ve called me ahead of time to explain that that way I could’ve made arrangements to seek an appliance dolly elsewhere.

LILLIE MI dropped off the key in the key return during normal business hours. However no one was there when I dropped it off. By the time someone came back I was charged for another day.
