Was after hours and had to use the app to drop off the vehicle. Had trouble understanding the process from the video, which led to some confusion with documenting the condition of the vehicle during the process. I have pictures showing the state of the vehicle and will gladly send those if asked. Really did not like having to walk through the McDonalds drive-thru to get to the drop off area and you might want to up the signal strength on the Wi-Fi to aid in accessing the app.
