The U-haul app didn't register me for some reason at first. The guy at the counter said that he wasn't able to find my last name, but I had the receipts to prove I was at the correct drop location.

The fact that I spent a small fortune on this rental wasn’t crazy enough. The cab had trash all over and sticky stuff all over the floor. And like random leftover items another person left in the cab. Not to mention there was an ice storm the night before the whole truck was frozen and had no help took me like an hour to make it just so I could drive. Great business model make the customer do everything so you don’t have to. Make top dollar and screw the next guy. Yeah recommend to a friend. Hell no!
