I was charged for an additional day because the system check in time in your system said i was 6 minutes late. I was on time, but the check in process took 6 mins. The attendant didn't mention this when I was still there. It was only later in the day that there was an addition $59.06 charge on my credit card. I will not use Uhaul again. Horrible business practice!
