Reserved two days prior at neptune beach location was called Friday afternoon to change locations which added milage onto my bill. Reserved equipment was not there when I picked up truck. My reservation was at 9am couldn't findout they didn't have because business didn't open until ten. Charge me for fuel even though was returned at same as picked with picked up. I was charged blankets I didn't used and a extra day. Stay far away from this location.
