The fuel level was on empty. I wasn’t sure if I had enough fuel to make it to get gas. I dropped my rental truck off with 1/2 tank of gas.

Quontavious JWhat we requested was not available when a customer puts in an order online the place that you are going to pick up your U-haul needs to look at what the customer ordered if they don’t have inventory contact customer and get merchandise from another location for your customer I was told to go to another location across highway and do another transaction very unprofessional very unsatisfied customer and the vehicle was not complete fuel as I was told but I made dam sure it was completely full I think I should be reimbursed half if I don’t get something I’ll put all over social media how u-haul treatment to a customer
