Ensure customer is aware of the insurance prior to accepting vehicle. I wasn't aware of the fact that I was charged insurance until the truck was turned in. I did not annotate insurance on reservation nor knew it was checked.
Emmanuel SAs part of our online rental request, we included furniture blankets. There was no prior call or notification that they were unavailable, but Cubby Hole stated at pickup that they do not carry nor provide any blankets. I was told to go around to other uhauls to find some. Also, The electrical cord for the trailer lights was damaged and they do not carry any replacements. Fortunately, we were able to trade one off another trailer. I was not impressed by their service nor concern that their customers had what they needed to get the job done. I will not be using them again
