The cashier upon pick up advised us to not follow the app instructions and not to upload the appropriate pictures after we reported to her that the license plate didn’t match the one listed on the app. She said to take it regardless and listen to her not the app. She refused to give us the correct key- and the correct plated vehicle was parked outside. The dolly was inside the correct plated vehicle so she told us to take it out of that van
MARVIN STry to improve the online registration process. I had issues and it took 2.5 hours and I had input the day three times.
Olisha EThe truck had trash and was dirty inside when I got it. We cleaned it out. The truck only had an 11/16 tank of gas when we got it and was between 3/4 and 7/8 when we returned it. However, we were still charged for 2 more gallons of gas equalling $9.00. Other than that, everything was good.
