All was well booking is smooth pick up to return. I've 1 issue on returning the equipment. U haul chose a drop off point that is 45 Min far from my destination yet there are 3 depots near me to execute the return. It was my choice to pick up a service near my location I wish the same should apply.allow us to choose the nearest place for equipment return. I've no bad reviews for U haul I like the service .I hope my suggestion will make a difference. 🫣
Ali CHorrible service, the attendant wasn’t able to explain anything. Wasn’t able to locate the keys. Took her 10 minutes to locate the key to the drop off box in order for us to have the key to the truck we reserved. My reservation was for 10am and didn’t get in until 10:45. Just horrible experience, horrible customer service.
