Rude customer service agents, dirty equipment. Sales woman made me open the door for her; hands did not appear to be broken. Will not return to this location.
PETER KBack door was broken. Nearly slammed closed on my son due to missing pins. No dolly although I didn't need. The bag with the covers busted open with one thrown into the truck. Leaves dirt trash and small nails found in back of the truck. Trucks need to be looked over better upon return this was awful.
Elizabeth DTruck ran rough, loose front end with a lot of play. When traveling straight the steering wheel orientation is on of taking a sharp right turn, the steering wheel is not centered with alignment. Blower motor very loud and has a nasty vibration. The young lady who was working was amazing, friendly and very helpful.
