Each time we started it, we didn't know if it would start. We let the office know to look at the battery and alternator. A little nerve racking.
VERONICA CMy complaint is not with the staff at the pickup location. They did what they could to fix a bad situation. The short story is I got bounced around through 3 different pickup locations to get the equipment I was “guaranteed.” Even though I ordered the equipment (truck and car trailer) together, which included a discount, the discount vanished. I was charged separately for the truck and trailer when I was forced to pick them up at separate locations. Even though I submitted a complaint to that effect, I have not heard back on whether or not this will be corrected. Improvements: went using the app to order equipment, somehow it needs to distinguish between restricted and unrestricted equipment. The app said equipment was available when it wasn’t.
HANS GI left the truck cleaned and over 3/4 tank of gas. I guess it really depends on the customer. I just know that it was hard to load the truck with just two people instead of 6 because of the late start. The whole move was I nightmare.
