Despite having an "OPEN" sign in the window AND the email instructions telling me the place was open on Saturday, it was not. The sign in the window said closed Sat & Sun.

MARCOS MMy most recent rental at this location has a significant leak and needs maintenance. Otherwise, I’ve had great experiences with this location.
Jonathan MRental was dropped off after hours using the App. All went well. No personal was talked to. The lot was very full but I found a place to leave the rental as instructed.
