Unfortunately although the location was listed as ‘Open’ the doors to the building were locked so I couldn’t get assistance from anyone as requested. I Used the mobile app to self checkout but the app server was down. Got it to work eventually, got the code for the lock box, unlocked it, and the box was jammed by the key tag and wouldn’t open. After about a half hour of frustration, I Used a plastic fork from my car to clear the tag from the bolt and got the key. I was about 3 hours delayed with my move which caused a lot of trouble. I don’t think this is necessarily the locations fault and U-Haul tried to help but the circumstances really sucked. For me.

Great place they gave me 50 extra miles for my trip and marked gas at 1/4 tank for return when it was at 1/2
William SThis location stepped up when the original location reservation not only was not honored, the original location couldn't find the keys, kept a disabled man standing around for an hour while they incompetently fumbled around, then failed to notify the second location we were coming. The failure of the original location screwed up my plans and added hours to my day.
