JANET BI rented a 26’ truck for 24hrs . I had use of it for 4 hours it broke down , mechanic came out could not fix it . Had to be towed to my residence where we unloaded it and then was towed away . I was not able to complete my move . I have tried for the last couple of days to get a reasonable compensation and resolution . I am very unhappy with Uahaul and will not be recommending them to anyone for the lack of service I have received . I should be getting a full refund or 75% refund and use of a smaller truck for free for a half day to finish my move . I would like someone from cooperate to reach out to me or u will be reporting this to the better business bureau and anywhere else along with online reviews .
