everyone was very helpful and polite. my original reservation was for a different location but this was closer to my house. i was seen promptly and given a cargo van. it was convenient to be able to drop it off after hours!!!

The guy who checked in the truck I returned made a sarcastic comment about my loud radio not knowing it was my car. I said yeah thats my car with my wife driving it. Then, when I went inside to get a printed receipt, he tries to flirt with my wife! After he had shaken my hand. Hows that for respecting the customer.

Truck I rented had the "check engine" light on. The vehicle ended up running fine, but it may be disconcerting to a customer with a long way to go.

Well from the beginning this location scared me like oh you should really get the insurance on the truck, anything could happen, all that mess but I wasnt able to get it, there like of if a little scratch gets on the truck you will be charge extra.. I was like this is crazy.. So when I was bring the truck back the gas cup wouldnt open so I could put the gas back in the truck, I was thinking, they did this so they could get more money out of me... I was pissed, had to call roadside service, nothing they could do, told me to take itsmh back to the station, I did told then what was wrong, the guys that was working was friendly helped me out.. I wasn't charged any extra money... But they shouldn't have scared me like that, and they wouldn't got a bad review, im the customer, im giving u service, its not the other way around, not ever returning to this location... But the guy who ring me up was a sweetheart/ cutie.. Lol bye

Inside of cabs should receive more regular cleaning. The cab was not as well maintained as exterior of cargo areas.
