This was a 3rd party location and it was horrible . I reserved online for 4 hours with a dolly. The vechicle back smelled like cat urine and the truck was old ,slow, and very loud. I did my reservation online . NO DOLLY available whatso ever i was told Uhaul didnt inform him which was a lie if you can see my reservation. I opted out for insurance. I paid$160 in cash and when i returned if 5 hours later i received horrible customer service with a bill for $141 dollars i went 15ish miles i had the truck for 5 hours i recieved $18 with a ton of excuses.
