I found out the night before my move that I couldn't get the truck that I scheduled. It's very frustrating that I reserved my truck a few weeks before my move but U-Haul waited until the night before my move to tell me that they didn't have what I needed so I had to get a smaller truck and moving day was very stressful trying to make everything fit.


I was very pleased with the customer service


Have rented trucks from this location several times. They are always busy, but they always have time to get my equipment order right. I don't like going anywhere else. They are the best!

Never will Go to this place ever again or recommend it to anyone the people that clean the trucks are 0N there job but customer service is awful they need real management around that place and I stay right down the street and I will never go there againI got a truck two days in a row and I went up there whoever owns this place and run this place need to get there business togetherI was the second person in line and literally stood there for 30 minutes while the customer in front of me and the employer had a personal conversation for 30 minutes “Literally” like I wasn't even in line

Rented a uhaul from this location 2 days in a row to get a truck. Ordered a dolly with the uhaul, when I got to my location it wasn't on the truck 1st day the lady in front of me in line was getting a rental truck the employee and customer had a conversation For like 30 minutes just talking about personal life like no one else was in line.They move on there own time like they don't wanna work, but I can say the people that clean the trucks are on there job!!👍🏾But customer service there is horrible! 👎🏾Second day was worst customer service than the 1st day! Need REAL MANAGEMENT! I stay up the street from this location and I will NEVER go back to that location or would not recommend anyone


1) Custome Service: The General Manager, (GM) Angela or Angel, my apologies for not remembering her name. Her customer service was superb. Scale on 1 - 10, which 10 is the highest in term of satisfactory: 10 2) Equipment Availability: on 11-13-2020 (Friday) late afternoon, I visited the location to reserve a truck specifically, on 11-14-2020 (Saturday), for a 15ft or 17ft. Altho it was short notice and on Saturday, there were no trucks available in my requested size. I even inquired about 10ft, but not available. The GM suggested a Cargo Van, in which I gladly accepted. With that said, I understand that the weekend is most likely the busiest of the week for U-Haul & most customers move on the weekend. However, knowing the factors that I noted, in my humble opinion, there should have been more trucks available in the sizes requested. Especially on a Saturday. Altho the Cargo van meet my needs in terms of allowing me to store more contents in the van compared to my SUV, but I had to make 4 trips, whereas if I had the desired truck size, my trips could have been 1 or 2 trips at the most. As a suggestion, know that most consumers move on the weekends, your inventory of trucks should be more readily available. Scale of 1 - 10: 7 3) Cleanliness & Organization of Store: The lot was clean & clutter free and inventory that were on lot was neatly staged. The inside was clean, and too clutter free. I loved walking into an establishment and the store is clean & clutter free. However, the bathroom was less desirable & needed work. I wouldn't go as far to say that the men's restroom was filthy, but, however, a cleaning was definitely needed. The floor & sink was dirty and the bathroom had an odor to it. The dried urine stains on the base of the toilet was clearly visible. You could tell that the stains were not recent, hence being dried. This is what in my profession (in the restaurant manager industry) bathroom neglect. Just a suggestion, personnel should do a bathroom check, AND CLEAN IF NECESSARY, once per hour. There's nothing worse than walking into what looks like a clean environment and then go into the bathroom and the bathroom is dirty and smells of urine. In part, I'm sure thats the restaurant manager in me speaking, but it is a pet-peeve of mine; however, asking for a clean bathroom to use, from a paying customer's perspective isn't asking for a whole lot especially when the lot & inside the store is clean. Scale of 1 - 10: 6. Eventhough, the lot and the inside of the store is clean, the low score is a direct reflection of the restroom. Overall Experience on scale of 1- 10: 7.5 or 8. The only problem i had was I bought my own hand truck/Dolley but noticed the zip tie on the truck dolley was broken after I unloaded the truck. It's possible it was bumped or someone placed it there to make it look like it wasn't already broken. Hope am not charge for something I didn't use.
