The person checking me in was mumbling the entire time so I could barely understand her, no one went over anything with me with the actual truck, just pulled it up and squeegeed the window and left. The biggest problem though was that they put my rental in as late even though it was on time, so I was charged twice and had to call customer service to argue to get my money back. This is the first time I've ever used this location (I usually go to another one nearby and never have problems) and I'll never go there again. The employees at this location need to be trained again so they can do their job.

The general manager was a dick. The guy who was working in the parking lot who helped me with my trailer was very professional and helpful. That guy needs a raise.

Why do you allow customers to reserve an appliance dolly when registering online but when you arrive to the facility to pick up the truck, no dolly is available. Don't allow this option if you don't save the equipment for the customer. Your facility inconvenienced me. I would not recommend this location.

I consider myself a good customer to uhaul and my experience at this location is by far the worse. Upon picking up the van the older male at the service desk was rude and slow. Offered poor customer service. Extremely poor disposition. When I returned to drop the vehicle off. No one was available outside so I went inside only to encounter this same man. He was rude again. He told me to wait outside. I explained no one was outside (80 plus degrees outside). The serviceman was unsuccessfully assisting a customer with a trailer hitch as I continued to wait. I returned inside to explain the serviceman was assisting someone else. He left from behind the counter to assist with the trailer hitch and told me to wait outside again (as if I were gonna steal something ??????) and he would send the guy to check me out. Poor Poor Poor Service and disposition. Where on earth do you find folks whos disposition reflects a dislike for their job. Know one should have to experience this.

We picked up the trailer on Friday and returned it Saturday. The paperwork was not processed until Sunday which was after it was due. We had it for less than two days. We were charged for an additional day. Because of their error of paperwork. We are now trying to reach someone there to have this corrected. Please watch your credit cards.

Whoever booked my reservation told me I would be contacted about where to pick up the trailer in 24 hours. I never was. I sent emails and was told they were having trouble finding a trailer at my preferred location. I asked where I would have to go to get a trailer. Still was never contacted. 4 days later I called and finally told I was booked for the telegraph location. Couldn’t someone have called me?

The truck shook when the brakes were pressed. The vehicle was unsafe. The truck should have never been rented. I should not have to worry for my life and others....just trying to move. Moving is stressful enough. No added worries should not be a factor.
