The truck was clean and the representative was very nice. However, the truck indicated 3/8 tank of fuel. It was on a hill and I quickly realized it need fuel immediately. It was returned with the same amount and I was charged anyway. I asked for 10 moving pads, I didn't count them initially but there was only six. I rented on Saturday and the person said he would be available on Sunday morning for the return but the gate was locked and no contact information. I was charged for an extra day because I parked it in front of his gate at 0800 the following Monday concerned I would be charged a third day if I returned it after work (5:00). Thanks, Jack
