Your desk guy called me irate. It was one of the worst experiences in my life. If you want details then call me. You should probably refund my money but I know you won’t.

JAMES JThe price was excellent however, the virtual check in was confusing at times. Specifically the uploading of drivers licenses on the app. It did not allow for an uploaded picture and the app was never in focus so it delayed us by over 30 minutes because the picture was blurry. We also rented 20 moving blankets but there were only 6 available. We did receive credit but we were not planning on only having 6. Overall it was great and the price was very reasonable! The only reason I wouldn't recommend this location is because the virtual check in can be difficult, especially for older people to navigate.

Steve NBoth mirrors were not able to stay in one spot. Made driving difficult. I ordered a appliance dolly and it was not there. Had to drive to 3 different locations to get one. Made me drive over my miles also added an hour and a half to my time which made me late for my proir commitment. Not happy.

RYAN MBetter directions on how things are suppose to go and where things are located with no attitude with it being someone’s first time. Overall the guy helping me at the end was very nice. The women that helped me do the reservation at the beginning wasn’t so much.
SHEENKA DAll the bullshit automated stuff sucks when you lose people you lose a personal touch like a real business should be U-Haul has been used by me. I’m 58 years old. I’ve used it 30 times in my lifetime at least and it was the hardest reservation to get accepted because it was all virtual online bullshit and no human being involved. It sucked.

WESTON LThe overall condition of the cargo van was fine however, there was a lot of hair in the seats from the previous occupant. Also, the dashboard was very dusty.

John GI moved from Greenwood,SC to Greenville,SC and they told me that I could use the truck for 2 days and that the 2nd day would be free. I turned the truck in that night of the 2nd day and the next day my card was charged ANOTHER $144. I called and spoke with someone and she said they had me down for only 65 miles. That’s a one way trip, but that wasn’t explained to me at the time of rental. Telling me I can use it a 2nd day to me means that I can go get my 2nd load and bring it back. I will NEVER use them again and I wouldn’t recommend them because $144 is not a small amount of money to me.
Tawanda RThe only redeeming feature of my very disappointing experience with U-Haul was that the attendant at the drop-off location was very helpful. Not that there was much to do, but he was friendly and courteous.
KENT MMichael was an absolute pleasure to work with and I have already mentioned this location and Michael to friends that need any moving or storage needs. He is a true asset to the organization!
