It was an after hours drop off at non U-Haul retail location. Hard to find the drop off key box. Not sign w/ helpful hint about going to the App. Used app info on contract and executed the turn in which worked.

Kristen PAfter paperwork was finished, she had ME park the trailer and then the truck, can't see why she/they couldn't park the truck and trailer themselves. It wasn't like an after hours drop off! only bad thing about the whole experience. Otherwise good service.
